- Dust regularly with a soft cloth, a soft brush, or vacuuming the piece with the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner.
- A soft bristled tooth brush is ideal for those hard to get places.
- Use only a mild soap and water solution to clean up wet spills and rinse & dry thoroughly as prolonged dampness may result in mould.
- All Natural Rattan decor items can withstand outdoor use, however it is not recommended to leave items outdoors continuously as the harsh Australian sun can bake the fibres, leaving them dry and brittle

Please allow 1-2 extra days over public holidays and store closures for your items to be shipped. If you placed an order that requires a freight quote, your order will only be shipped after we have contacted you with the freight quote and you have accepted and approved the quote.
STANDARD RATES:
Orders valued at up to $299 will be shipped at a flat shipping rate of $19 per order*.
Orders valued at $299 or more will receive FREE shipping to Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne Metro Areas.
* Excludes furniture, bulky/fragile items, mirrors or lighting. An additional freight quote may be issued for these items and delivery to remote areas. If you do not approve the freight quote we will issue a full refund.
