Using this website and making purchases on the Suzie Anderson Home website confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Delivery, Returns and Refunds policies.
Suzie Anderson Home accepts no responsibility or liability from your use of our website. In deciding to use our website, you will hold Suzie Anderson Home innocent of any claims, damages, costs and expenses as a result.
Suzie Anderson Home holds the right to update and change our website Terms & Conditions without notice and at any time. These updates will take immediate effect, superseding any previous conditions.
No credit notes or gift cards can be used for online purchases.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Suzie Anderson Home P/L accepts return of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged or has manufactures defects, within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and where the manufacturers tags are still attached.
Customers are to return the item in it's original condition and packaging at their own postage/courier expense.
A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
As credit notes cannot be used to purchase on line, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using your credit.
Suzie Anderson Home P/L will not accept the return of the following items:
Undergarments – jewellery – watches – custom ordered or sale items with the exception of items that have manufacturers defects.
Should your online order arrived damaged or be defective, Suzie Anderson Home must be notified via email within 48 hours of taking delivery of the order. Email a full description with photos to email@example.com.
If goods are returned damaged or faulty due to manufacturers defects, Suzie Anderson Home P/L wherever possible will endeavour to repair or replace the goods to the customers satisfaction.
Should Suzie Anderson Home P/L not be able to repair or replace the goods, a full refund of the purchase price will be offered to the customer.
