The Gift Card cannot be used for purchases made online.

Your Gift Card will be sent by Registered Post and will need to be signed for upon receipt. Please view our terms & conditions on S.A.H Gift Cards Below. 

The Gift Card minimum amount is $20.00

The individual Gift Card maximum amount is $1000.00

The Gift Card will be valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

The Gift Card can be topped up to equal the maximum amount of $1000.00

The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

The Gift Card cannot be refunded

No change will be given and any balance on the Gift Card can be used in whole or part against future purchases at Suzie Anderson Home P/L.

Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be redeemable, except as required by law.

The Gift Cards are to be treated and stored as cash by the customer and or receiver.

Suzie Anderson Home P/L will not be held responsible for refund or replacement for any damage, theft or loss to the Gift Card.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order, your items will be shipped via standard shipping within 1-3 business days.

Please allow 1-2 extra days over public holidays and store closures for your items to be shipped. If you placed an order that requires a freight quote, your order will only be shipped after we have contacted you with the freight quote and you have accepted and approved the quote.

STANDARD RATES:

Orders valued at up to $199 will be shipped at a flat shipping rate of $15 per order*.

Orders valued at $199 or more will receive FREE shipping to Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne Metro Areas.

* Excludes furniture, bulky/fragile items, mirrors or lighting. An additional freight quote may be issued for these items and delivery to remote areas. If you do not approve the freight quote we will issue a full refund.

• Freight quotes will be sent separately after payment if an additional cost applies.
• Flat shipping rates and free shipping is also dependent on location. Remote areas may incur extra shipping fees and be advised with additional payment required prior to dispatch.

Due to the size and weight of certain items we are unable to offer our regular Australia wide delivery for Furniture and Large/Bulky/Fragile items including Furniture, Mirrors, Artwork, Rugs, Cushion Inserts & Lighting.

This is not calculated online and will be in addition to your purchase.
