ITEM DESCRIPTION

We believe our companion set is the best-designed set of fire tools on the market. Normally a set has four equally long tools, where the poker⁠ is the perfect length, but the shovel is impossible to use because the handle is too long and the blade too small. ⁠We took each tool, considered the job it had to do, and designed it accordingly.

The Havane version combines dark warm grey powder-coated steel with “Havane” leather, tool handles in walnut and details in solid brass.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Blow poker: Can be used not only to poke and manage the fire but also in place of a bellow. Simply blow into the brass mouthpiece at the end to get the fire going.
  • Brush: Our special blend for the brush contains horse hair and Tampico (the root of the agave cactus), a durable blend to clean your fireplace.
  • Shovel: The blade is deep enough to easily empty ashes without spilling on the floor.
  • Tongs: Easy to use with only one hand so that you can hold the screen with the other

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes* (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

*Credit Notes

A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue.  As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using credit.

SAH will use the Customer's Credit Note in the first instance for any purchases made at Suzie Anderson Home until cleared.

While every effort is made by our staff to identify and apply available credits at the time of sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and present their credit note for redemption within its three (3) year validity period.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)
  • Undergarments, jewelry, watches (unless faulty)

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?

Yes, with conditions:

  • Full payment required at pick-up
  • Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
  • Editorial credit must be agreed upon prior to use
