Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

• Valid for 36 months from the purchase date.
• Can be topped up but not redeemed for cash.
• Cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or be refunded.
• No change will be given; any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
• Any balance remaining after expiry will not be redeemable, except as required by law.
• Treat and store the Gift Card as cash; Suzie Anderson Home P/L is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss.

Suzie Anderson Home Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in-store at our Moss Vale, Old Bank Atelier, and Bowral locations.

If you prefer a digital Gift Card, please indicate this in your order notes along with the sender and recipient details. Note that digital Gift Cards cannot be used at checkout online. Gift Card FAQs:

• Ordering: When purchasing a Gift Card online, please include the recipient’s name and your name in the order notes at checkout.
• Delivery: Physical Gift Cards are sent by Registered Post and require a signature upon delivery. If you choose a digital Gift Card, specify this in your order notes with the sender and recipient details.

Once your order is placed, items will be shipped via standard shipping within 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for shipping during public holidays and store closures.

Shipping for large, bulky, and fragile items may take up to 14 days and will require an additional freight quote*

Standard Shipping & Delivery

For orders under $299 that are not large, bulky, or fragile, a flat shipping rate of $19 applies per order. Large, bulky, and fragile items require in-store pickup or a post-purchase freight quote*

Large, bulky, and fragile items can be picked up from our Suzie Anderson Home Moss Vale store or warehouse or a quote can be calculated to freight to your location.  

Should you require white glove delivery which involves furniture unwrap, placement, and rubbish removal, please let us know so we can quote accordingly.

If you miss your furniture delivery, a redelivery fee will apply.

Shipping will only occur once you have received and approved the freight quote from us. If you do not approve the freight quote, we will issue a full refund before shipping.

International Shipping & Delivery

International shipping is available on select items via email inquiry at shoponline@suzieandersonhome.com.

Payment for international orders will be securely processed by PayPal or bank transfer.

Using this website and making purchases on the Suzie Anderson Home website confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Delivery, Returns, and Refunds policies. You have also read our Freight Quote F.A.Q and understand that certain items will receive a post-purchase freight quote if they are deemed large/heavy/bulky/fragile, and/or if you are located outside of local Southern Highlands or Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane Metro areas. 

Suzie Anderson Home holds the right to update and change our website Terms & Conditions without notice and at any time. These updates will take immediate effect, superseding any previous conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY 

RETURNS + CREDIT NOTES

Suzie Anderson Home P/L accepts return of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, or undamaged, within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and where the manufacturer's tags are still attached. A credit note for the value of the item will be issued*

Customers are to return the item in its original condition and packaging at their own postage/courier expense.

*Credit Notes

A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue.  As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using your credit.

SAH will use the Customers Credit Note in the first instance for any purchases made at Suzie Anderson Home until cleared.

REFUNDS

Damages & Defects

Should your online order arrive damaged or defective, we must be notified via email within 48 hours of accepting delivery of your order

If your order arrives damaged or faulty due to manufacturers' defects, Suzie Anderson Home P/L wherever possible will endeavor to repair or replace the goods to the customer's satisfaction.

Should Suzie Anderson Home P/L not be able to repair or replace the goods, a full refund of the purchase price will be offered to the customer.

ANTIQUE, VINTAGE, & HAND-MADE ITEMS:

Antique, vintage, and hand-made items with natural variations such as rattan, reclaimed wood, marble, and handcrafted decor are not available for returns, as their imperfections and patina are deemed part of their character and original handmade nature. 

UNDERGARMENTS, WATCHES, & JEWELLERY:

Items that have been worn, washed, or have had their tags removed unless there are manufacturer defects within the warranty period. 

CUSTOM-ORDERED ITEMS 

There are no returns for custom-ordered items.

GIFT CARD POLICY

The Gift Card minimum amount is $20.00

The individual Gift Card maximum amount is $5000.00

If the customer wishes to purchase a greater amount than $5000.00,  additional cards can be sold.

The Gift Card will be valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

The Gift Card can be topped up as required

The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

The Gift Card cannot be used for purchases made Online.

The Gift Card cannot be refunded

No change will be given and any balance on the Gift Card can be used in whole or part against future purchases at Suzie Anderson Home P/L.

Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be redeemable, except as required by law. 

The Gift Cards are to be treated and stored as cash by the customer and or receiver.

Suzie Anderson Home P/L will not be held responsible for refund or replacement for any damage, theft, or loss to the Gift Card.

LAY-BY POLICY – Our Terms

The Minimum Lay-by amount is $500

Lay-bys will not be offered on fashion items including footwear.

Lay-bys cannot be added to.

The customer cannot have more than 2 lay-bys open consecutively.

The first Lay-by is to be paid off before a third Lay-by can begin.

The Lay-by period is for 6 weeks from the date of purchase.

25% of the total is to be paid as the first installment.

To complete the Lay-by,  3 more payments of 25% of the purchase total are to be paid fortnightly from the date of the initial installment.

CHANGES TO THE ITEMS ON LAY-BY

Should a customer choose to change their Lay-by items and not incur an administration fee the new chosen items will need to match or have a purchase value equal to or higher than the original items. 

LAY-BY CANCELLATIONS

Should a Lay-by be cancelled by the customer, an amount, not exceeding 20% of the total purchase value of the goods on Lay-by inclusive of GST may be retained.  This is to compensate Suzie Anderson Home P/L for administration, sales, and storage costs and any loss in value in respect of the goods.

The customer will be entitled to an in-store credit for the Balance PAID..

FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENT

Should any of the installments not be paid within 7 days of their due date, Suzie Anderson Home P/L will make 1 attempt to contact the customer for payment.

Any failure by the customer to make the payments required by the due date, an amount, not exceeding 20% of the total purchase value of the goods on Lay-by inclusive of GST may be retained.  This is to compensate Suzie Anderson Home P/L for administration, sales, and storage costs and any loss in value in respect of the goods.

The item/s will be put back into stock and the customer will be entitled to an in-store credit for the balance paid.

LAY-BYS COLLECTION

Once the Lay-by sale has been completed, the goods are to be collected within 7 days from the completion of the sale.

For goods that have passed the date for collection, a storage fee may be charged at the current market rate.

CUSTOMER ORDERS POLICY

Orders can be placed subject to supplier confirmation. If the item can be obtained, Suzie Anderson Home P/L will notify the customer. If the product is available, it is to be paid in full at the time of ordering. 

If the product is out of stock and to be ordered, a 50% deposit must be paid for the order to be placed. 

For circumstances beyond the control of Suzie Anderson Home P/L should supply not proceed, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of any money paid. 

There are no returns or refunds on customer orders unless the goods are deemed to have manufacturer defects.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the quoted dimensions and ensure the item/items can be moved into the customer's assigned location with adequate access. 

If white glove service is required, this is to be discussed prior to delivery and quoted in advance. 

Suzie Anderson Home will contact the customer when the goods are ready for collection or delivery.  Delivery charges may be in addition to the cost of goods unless otherwise negotiated at the time of the purchase. Final payment will be required prior to collection or delivery.

CUSTOMER ORDERS DIRECT POLICY

Payment in full will be required at the time of order for any “Customer Orders Direct” that are readily available to dispatch. 

Out-of-stock items ordered will require a 50% deposit at the time of order and Suzie Anderson Home P/L will contact the customer to obtain the balance prior to dispatch from the supplier to the customer.

PRODUCTS ON APPROVAL POLICY  (Apro’s)

SAH offers 'on approval' on certain decor items as we understand sometimes you need to see how this works in your space.  These are to be paid in full at the time of collection. 

The goods are to be returned by the end of trade the following day or at the managers discretion.

The goods must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached.

No refund will be offered should the goods not comply with the above note.

If the goods are returned later than the end of trade the following day an in-store credit will be provided.
