The Wagner Hand-Crafted Glass Votive in Medium showcases a gentle conical silhouette enriched with long, elegant lines of embossed gold. The refined vertical detailing contrasts beautifully with the softly antiqued mercury finish, creating a design that feels both striking and sophisticated.

Each piece is individually handcrafted using traditional mercury silvering techniques, resulting in a beautifully worn surface with an authentic aged patina. Subtle variations and delicate imperfections ensure that every votive is uniquely individual.

When lit, the Wagner votive casts a warm, inviting glow — perfect for dining tables, mantels, and consoles. Style on its own for understated elegance or mix and match with the small and large sizes for layered depth and dramatic impact. Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes* (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

*Credit Notes

A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue.  As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using credit.

SAH will use the Customer's Credit Note in the first instance for any purchases made at Suzie Anderson Home until cleared.

While every effort is made by our staff to identify and apply available credits at the time of sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and present their credit note for redemption within its three (3) year validity period.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)

  • Full payment required at pick-up
