Lay-bys & Holds
Lay-bys and holds are not available on clearance items.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect orders must be collected within 7 days of purchase.
Delivery
A flat delivery fee of $19 applies to all orders. Large, fragile, or bulky items may require an additional freight quote.
Freight Quotes for Large or Remote Deliveries
Oversized, bulky, or fragile items — or deliveries to remote locations — may need a separate freight quote. We'll be in touch within 48 hours of your purchase. If you decide not to proceed with the quoted cost, a full refund will be issued before dispatch. Please note that once a freight quote has been accepted and the item delivered, it cannot be refunded.

Returns & Exchanges
1. When can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes* (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.
*Credit Notes
A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue. As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using credit.
SAH will use the Customer's Credit Note in the first instance for any purchases made at Suzie Anderson Home until cleared.
While every effort is made by our staff to identify and apply available credits at the time of sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and present their credit note for redemption within its three (3) year validity period.
2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.
3. Are there items I can’t return?
Yes, the following are not returnable:
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
- Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)
- Undergarments, jewelry, watches (unless faulty)
- Custom-made or made-to-order items

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?
Yes, with conditions:
- Full payment required at pick-up
- Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
- Editorial credit must be agreed upon prior to use
- Full refund issued upon safe return, otherwise may be withheld

Standard Shipping & Delivery Australia-Wide
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.
- During public holidays or store closures, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing and shipping.
- For large, bulky, or fragile items, or deliveries to remote areas and locations in WA or SA, please refer to our Freight Quote Policy and Full Shipping & Delivery Policy.
International Shipping & Delivery
- International shipping is available on select items via email inquiry at shoponline@suzieandersonhome.com
- Please provide the item(s) you are interested in, along with your location and postcode, so we can calculate an accurate freight quote.
Please note that shipping to the USA is not currently available due to tariffs.
- Payment for international orders is securely processed via PayPal or bank transfer.
