Designed for the Odalisque Trudon Diffuser, this 300ml refill brings a luminous and romantic fragrance into the home, accompanied by 8 natural black rattan reeds for elegant, continuous diffusion.

Inspired by the richness of orientalist paintings, this scent unfolds with radiant citrus notes, softened by the delicate floralcy of orange blossom. As it lingers, warm vanilla and the distinctive character of wild juniper emerge, creating a beautifully layered fragrance that feels both fresh and enveloping. Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes* (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

*Credit Notes

A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue.  As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using credit.

SAH will use the Customer's Credit Note in the first instance for any purchases made at Suzie Anderson Home until cleared.

While every effort is made by our staff to identify and apply available credits at the time of sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and present their credit note for redemption within its three (3) year validity period.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?

Yes, with conditions:

  • Full payment required at pick-up
  • Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
