The Pepite is a sphere of solid brass, formed to display and herald treasured cards, photos or artwork.

  • Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, used and prized since ancient times for its inherent beauty and resilience. Colour variations are the result of slightly different proportions of copper and zinc. Brass is a natural material therefore it will arrive with a bright sheen but will oxidise and age over time bringing beauty and personality to every piece.
  • Notes: Avoid contact with water, do not touch with dirty fingers. Clean with a dry soft cloth and use a metal polish to restore.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, the colour, texture and shape of every piece are unique and unrepeatable. A guarantee that each piece has been made with the time-honoured skill and aptitude of gifted hands.

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes* (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

*Credit Notes

A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue.  As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using credit.

SAH will use the Customer's Credit Note in the first instance for any purchases made at Suzie Anderson Home until cleared.

While every effort is made by our staff to identify and apply available credits at the time of sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and present their credit note for redemption within its three (3) year validity period.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

3. Are there items I can’t return?

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)
  • Undergarments, jewelry, watches (unless faulty)
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?

Yes, with conditions:

  • Full payment required at pick-up
  • Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
  • Editorial credit must be agreed upon prior to use
  • Full refund issued upon safe return, otherwise may be withheld
