Cleaning Instructions

Washing: Machine wash on a gentle, warm cycle with similar colors. Avoid overfilling the machine to allow the fabric to move freely. Use mild liquid detergent without bleach or optical brighteners for best results.
Drying: Tumble dry on low to medium heat to preserve softness and texture.
Ironing: Not recommended, as our linens are designed to maintain a naturally relaxed look. High heat may damage the fibers.

Note on Colour and Patina

Each HMCo linen piece is prewashed to achieve a soft, aged patina, and color variations are part of the natural beauty of the fabric. Due to variations in flax sources, slight differences in color may occur within the HMCo range, enhancing the unique character of each item.

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.
