The Basix Stripe Linen Pillowcase in Roy/Sable is a cornflower blue and light sandy stripe.

Care Instructions

  • Washing: Wash on a gentle, warm cycle with like colours. Avoid overcrowding the machine to maintain fabric quality.
  • Drying: Tumble dry on low to medium heat to keep the fabric soft.
  • Ironing: Not recommended, as the pillowcases are designed to have a relaxed aesthetic; high temperatures may damage the fibres.

Colour and Patina Details

HMCo’s linen is prewashed to develop a natural, aged patina, giving each piece a distinct character. Due to the nature of linen and natural dyeing processes, slight colour variations may occur, adding to the unique charm of each pillowcase.

Additional Notes

Over time, linen will naturally shed fibres. We recommend washing linen items in a separate cycle to avoid lint transfer onto other materials. For items with zippers, like the Basix Linen Bolster and Flocca Linen Macaron, we advise closing the zipper and placing the item in a delicates bag before washing to ensure its longevity

Our larger, heavier, and more delicate pieces, such as furniture, mirrors, select lighting, artwork, and genuine one-of-a-kind finds, may need to be delivered by specialist freight rather than Australia Post or standard courier, ensuring they reach you safely and beautifully. These pieces are not eligible for free shipping, regardless of order value.

As a guide, freight is typically 10–15% of the item's price, varying with your location, the size of the piece, and the handling required. We will always confirm the exact figure with you before dispatch.

There are two ways to arrange it.

Option 1

  • The piece, or pieces, you have in mind
  • Your postcode
  • Whether you would like White Glove Delivery — your piece unpacked, placed, and the packaging taken away

Option 2

Order now, with a freight quote to follow. At checkout, you will pay the standard shipping fee of $25, which will be applied towards your final quote. Once your personalised quote is confirmed and approved, we will invoice the balance before dispatch. Should you prefer not to proceed, we will refund your purchase and any shipping in full.

For those local to, or visiting, the Southern Highlands, Click & Collect from our Moss Vale store is available at no charge.

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes* (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

*Credit Notes

A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue.  As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using credit.

SAH will use the Customer's Credit Note in the first instance for any purchases made at Suzie Anderson Home until cleared.

While every effort is made by our staff to identify and apply available credits at the time of sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and present their credit note for redemption within its three (3) year validity period.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

3. Are there items I can’t return?

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)
  • Undergarments, jewelry, watches (unless faulty)
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?

Yes, with conditions:

  • Full payment required at pick-up
  • Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
  • Editorial credit must be agreed upon prior to use
