Care Instructions

• WASH: Use a gentle, warm machine wash with like colours, allowing space for movement. Avoid bleach, detergents with optical brighteners or cellulase, and continual sunlight exposure to preserve color and integrity.
• DRY: Tumble dry on a low to medium setting to maintain softness and texture.
• IRON: Ironing is optional; our linen’s relaxed aesthetic is achieved without it, though linen can be ironed on a low setting if desired. Avoid high temperatures to prevent fiber damage.
• NOTE: Linen naturally sheds over time. To reduce lint transfer, consider washing linen items separately, especially with garments like cotton T-shirts. Place items with zippers in a delicates bag.

• Payment for international orders is securely processed via PayPal or bank transfer.

• Returns & Credit Notes: Items may be returned within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and receipt.
• Credit notes are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed via our Moss Vale store. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
• Refunds: Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via email.
• Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
