ITEM DESCRIPTION: 

This is an alternative to our Emma Companion Set, where the tools can be hung on the wall. The set contains three hooks, along with a matching blow poker, shovel, and brush. Each set is beautiful and highly functional, with the choice to either discreetly store or proudly display your tools.

The Cinq version can be used indoors or outdoors. The set combines brushed stainless steel with tool handles in oiled walnut and details in solid brass.

NATURAL MATERIALS: Any material marked with a * may vary slightly in appearance as they are natural materials.

Features:

  • Blow poker: Can be used not only to poke and manage the fire but also in place of a bellow. Simply blow into the brass mouthpiece at the end to get the fire going.

  • Brush: Our special blend for the brush contains horse hair and Tampico (the root of the agave cactus), a durable blend to clean your fireplace.

  • Shovel: The blade is deep enough to easily empty ashes without spilling on the floor.

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)
  • Undergarments, jewelry, watches (unless faulty)

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?

  • Full payment required at pick-up
