Payment for international orders is securely processed via PayPal or bank transfer.

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes* (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

*Credit Notes

A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue. As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using credit.

SAH will use the Customer's Credit Note in the first instance for any purchases made at Suzie Anderson Home until cleared.

While every effort is made by our staff to identify and apply available credits at the time of sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and present their credit note for redemption within its three (3) year validity period.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

As soon as you walk in the door it's like being in another world ! It feels European somewhat !

Perfect timing

Every corner of a Suzie Anderson store has something to draw your eye, provide inspiration or offer you the perfect item for your home . I love the stying videos that Suzie posts on YouTube , they’re just the right length to sit down with a cup of tea and relax while getting ideas as you watch. Suzie explains the difference in stying designs with clarity and how they can be incorporated in our own spaces. Her shops have been essential destinations for many of my family and friends for over ten years , with something lovely to enhance or update any room.

Fabulous move anywhere lamp.

Morning from Perth, we are an older couple and you might laugh,but I’m using the basket to put our reading and sunglasses in. The basket sits on a Korean console table so we always know where our glasses are when needed.
We have an eclectic mix of things in our home having lived and worked in Asia for many years. I have quite a few paintings and pieces etc from Burma.
