The Uyuni Remote Control is designed for convenient operation of all Uyuni Enjoy Lighting LED candles. With just one remote, you can control multiple candles at once, adjusting brightness levels and setting timers with ease. Using infrared technology, the remote works within a 4-metre line of sight, with candles flashing twice to confirm the signal has been received.

In line with Australian and New Zealand Government Guidelines, the remote has been redesigned with a captive screw for enhanced child safety. Compact and practical, it makes managing your flameless candles effortless while ensuring peace of mind.

International Shipping & Delivery

  • Please provide the item(s) you are interested in, along with your location and postcode, so we can calculate an accurate freight quote.

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes* (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

*Credit Notes

A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue.  As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using credit.

SAH will use the Customer's Credit Note in the first instance for any purchases made at Suzie Anderson Home until cleared.

While every effort is made by our staff to identify and apply available credits at the time of sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and present their credit note for redemption within its three (3) year validity period.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

3. Are there items I can’t return?

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)
  • Undergarments, jewelry, watches (unless faulty)
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?

Yes, with conditions:

  • Full payment required at pick-up
  • Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
  • Editorial credit must be agreed upon prior to use
  • Full refund issued upon safe return, otherwise may be withheld
