The Basix Linen Quilt in Sable is a soft, natural sandy hue that brings a calming and neutral elegance to your bedroom. Care Instructions

  • Wash: Dry-clean professionally or machine wash gently at temperatures below 40°C using mild liquid detergent. Avoid overfilling the washing machine to ensure proper movement, and use a front-loading machine without an agitator.
  • Dry: Tumble-dry at low heat.

  • Colour Variations: The quilt is made from a finer weave of linen that is piece-dyed, which may result in slight colour differences compared to other linens of the same hue. Dye lot variations are common in natural fibres and are part of the beauty of handcrafted pieces.

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes* (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

*Credit Notes

A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue.  As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using credit.

SAH will use the Customer's Credit Note in the first instance for any purchases made at Suzie Anderson Home until cleared.

While every effort is made by our staff to identify and apply available credits at the time of sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and present their credit note for redemption within its three (3) year validity period.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

  • Full payment required at pick-up
