The Emma Jacket is an effortlessly wearable style you'll reach for again and again throughout the cooler months. Handmade from upcycled rabbit fur, this versatile piece features an open front design with a short front to longer back silhouette and a straight neckline. Dressed up or kept casual, the Emma Jacket can be styled countless ways and takes you seamlessly from day to evening. Our fur and feather is proudly sourced from ethical suppliers who follow guidelines set by the International Fur Federation, crafted from surplus by-products.

The model is 173cm and is wearing a size S. True to size — we recommend taking your usual size in this style.

Materials

100% Rabbit Fur. Unlined. Dry clean only. Consult your dry cleaner to ensure they are able to clean fur garments. Being handmade, initial shedding may occur and will lessen over time.

Features

Handmade open front design with a straight neckline and short front to longer back length. Shake gently before wearing and use a soft bristled brush to gently comb in the direction of the fur while hanging. Store in a cool, dark place in a breathable garment bag on a soft, padded hanger. Avoid contact with colours that may bleed. For small spills, gently massage the mark with a soft damp cloth and allow to air dry.

Back Length: Measured down the centre of the back, from top edge of garment to the hem. Sleeve Length: Measured from the top of the shoulder to the cuff. Shoulder Width: From shoulder point to shoulder point, across the back. Bust: From the bottom of one underarm to the other. Armhole: The circumference of the sleeve opening.

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes* (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

*Credit Notes

A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the issue.  As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using credit.

SAH will use the Customer's Credit Note in the first instance for any purchases made at Suzie Anderson Home until cleared.

While every effort is made by our staff to identify and apply available credits at the time of sale, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain and present their credit note for redemption within its three (3) year validity period.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?

Yes, with conditions:

  • Full payment required at pick-up
  • Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
