These Japanese Lucky Incense Sticks come in beautifully designed boxes that feature Japanese motifs believed to bring good luck! Each pack contains 50 incense sticks made from organic materials. They give off nature-inspired scents while producing less smoke, creating the perfect setting for meditation, yoga, or relaxation.

    Returns & Exchanges

    1. When can I return an item?

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

    Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

    2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

    Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

    • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
