- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.
- During public holidays or store closures, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing and shipping.

International Shipping & Delivery
- International shipping is available on select items via email inquiry at shoponline@suzieandersonhome.com.
- Please provide the item(s) you are interested in, along with your location and postcode, so we can calculate an accurate freight quote.
- Payment for international orders is securely processed via PayPal or bank transfer.
Additional Freight Quotes
Products labelled “Freight Applies” may include large, bulky, or fragile items, as well as orders being delivered to remote areas or to Western and South Australia.
- These items may take up to 14 days to ship and will require an additional freight quote.
- Shipping will only proceed once you have received and approved the quote.
- If you choose not to proceed, we’ll issue a full refund before shipping.
- Collection is also available from our Suzie Anderson Home Moss Vale store or warehouse.
- If you’d like white glove delivery (including unpacking, placement, and removal of packaging), please let us know so we can provide a tailored quote.
- Please note: if a scheduled delivery is missed, a redelivery fee may apply.

Returns & Exchanges
1. When can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.
2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.
3. Are there items I can’t return?
Yes, the following are not returnable:
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
- Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)
- Undergarments, jewelry, watches (unless faulty)
- Custom-made or made-to-order items

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?
Yes, with conditions:
- Full payment required at pick-up
- Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
- Editorial credit must be agreed upon prior to use
- Full refund issued upon safe return, otherwise may be withheld
