GIFT CARD F.A.Q
When you purchase a Gift Card online, please specify the gift card details (whom the gift card is addressed to and from) in your order notes at checkout.
Your Gift Card will be sent by Registered Post and will need to be signed for upon receipt.
If you would like a digital Gift Card to be sent to the recipient, please let us know in your order notes at checkout, in addition to the sender and recipient details.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- The Gift Card will be valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
- The Gift Card can be topped up.
- The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- The Gift Card cannot be refunded.
- No change will be given and any balance on the Gift Card can be used in whole or part against future purchases at Suzie Anderson Home P/L.
- Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry will not be redeemable, except as required by law.
- The Gift Cards are to be treated and stored as cash by the customer and or receiver.
- Suzie Anderson Home P/L will not be held responsible for refund or replacement for any damage, theft, or loss to the Gift Card.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once you have placed your order, your items will be shipped via standard shipping within 1-3 business days.
Please allow 1-2 extra days over public holidays and store closures for your items to be shipped. If you placed an order that requires a freight quote, your order will only be shipped after we have contacted you with the freight quote and you have accepted and approved the quote. Please note, additional freight quotes will be sent for SA/WA, remote and non-metro areas, and for large, bulky, or fragile items.

Orders valued at up to $299 will be shipped at a flat shipping rate of $19* per order.
Orders valued at $299 or more will receive FREE shipping to Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne Metro Areas*.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Suzie Anderson Home P/L accepts return of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged or has manufactures defects, within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and where the manufacturers tags are still attached.
Customers are to return the item in its original condition and packaging at their own postage/courier expense.
A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the date of issue. As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using your credit.
Suzie Anderson Home P/L will not accept the return of the following items:
Undergarments or custom ordered except for items that have manufacturers defects.
Damages & Defects
Should your online order arrived damaged or be defective, Suzie Anderson Home must be notified via email within 48 hours of taking delivery of the order. Email a full description with photos to shoponline@suzieandersonhome.com.
If goods are returned damaged or faulty due to manufacturers defects, Suzie Anderson Home P/L wherever possible will endeavour to repair or replace the goods to the customers satisfaction.
Should Suzie Anderson Home P/L not be able to repair or replace the goods, a full refund of the purchase price will be offered to the customer.
