Orders under $150
Delivery fees for orders under $150 start at $15 for Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro Areas*
*For bulky orders, fragile items or remote locations, there will be a surcharge and you will be contacted for your approval of the additional cost before the items are sent. If you are unhappy with the additional charge we will refund your order.
Orders over $150
Delivery fees for orders over $150 may qualify for FREE Shipping*. Applies to Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne Metro Areas only.

Free shipping excludes large items such as Furniture, Rugs, Cushion inserts, Lighting, Mirrors, Art and extremely fragile items.
Subject to product availability, standard delivery orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days and only during weekday business hours.
Authority to leave
Please let us know in the comments section at checkout if you would like your parcel to be left on your property if you are not home. Suzie Anderson Home takes no responsibility if your parcel goes missing from your property or is damaged as a result of leaving it in an unsafe location if you have given approval for it to be left. Please specify a safe place to leave the parcel that is protected from passers-by and the weather.
Shipping Furniture within Australia
We offer furniture delivery to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro areas. If your postcode falls out of the metro area, we can ship by freight quote. We do not offer furniture shipping outside of Australia.
Delivery is to the door and does not include unpacking and rubbish removal. If you would like white glove service (unpacking, furniture placement and rubbish removal) we are happy to provide a quote.
Delivery times for Furniture
Delivery times vary by stock availability and by postcode. We expect furniture deliveries to take up to 2 weeks from the time of purchase. Once your items are available for delivery, we will contact you to book in a 7 day delivery period.
Once your delivery week has been booked, the driver will notify you 24 hours before your delivery is due to arrive.
Please note: If you miss your furniture delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Return of Damaged or Defective items
- Should your online order arrive damaged or be defective, Suzie Anderson Home must be notified via email within 48 hours of taking delivery of the order. A full description with photos and copy of the original receipt is required for all refund, exchange and warranty claims: email@example.com.
- Products that are faulty may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Suzie Anderson Home P/L accepts return of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and the manufacturers tag attached.
- Customers are to return the item in it's original condition. Suzie Anderson Home does not cover postage/courier expenses.
- A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using your credit.
- Undergarments – jewellery – watches – custom ordered or sale/discounted items with the exception of items that have manufacturing defects.
- If goods are returned damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects, Suzie Anderson Home P/L will endeavour to repair or replace the goods to the customers satisfaction within 14 days.
- Should Suzie Anderson Home P/L not be able to repair or replace the goods, a full refund of the purchase price will be offered to the customer.
