DESCRIPTION

Introducing Walther & Co., a Danish interior design and decoration company designing and hand making delicate Christmas decorations and decor pieces. Walther & Co.’s story began with founder Brigitte Herring’s grandfather, Walther, and the many travels he would make around the world, particularly to India and Indonesia, collecting and returning home with exotic and unique treasures found along the way. These collected curios became the inspiration for launching Walther & Co, and has led the unique and intricate design of their products, as well as taking inspiration from nature, Nordic traditions, and hand craftsmanship

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

3. Are there items I can’t return?

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)
  • Undergarments, jewelry, watches (unless faulty)
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?

Yes, with conditions:

  • Full payment required at pick-up
  • Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
  • Editorial credit must be agreed upon prior to use
