The Nova Dinnerware Collection is inspired by the shapes of the natural world and the cycle of life; Nova seeks to capture movement in fine stoneware.

The pieces are inspired by seashells and tree bark, and like these objects found in nature, they can change their appearance depending on the time of day and the angle of the light.

Costa Nova is a small fishing village in Portugal with colorful wooden beach homes that became a famous vacation spot because it captured the essence of the Mediterranean spirit. The Costa Nova dinnerware company is inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle celebrating life, friends, family, and food, and bringing this spirit into their fine stoneware collections.

Care:

This stoneware dinnerware has a glazed surface that is extremely heat resistant to thermal shock and chip resistant. Most Costa Nova items can be washed daily in the dishwasher. (Consider hand washing oversized items to avoid contact with other items in the dishwasher.) 

All Costa Nova stoneware is oven, microwave, and freezer safe, withstanding temperature variations from -20 degrees Celsius and 250 degrees. 

It is food safe and has been tested to confirm that they contain no lead or cadmium.

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

3. Are there items I can’t return?

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)
  • Undergarments, jewelry, watches (unless faulty)
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?

Yes, with conditions:

  • Full payment required at pick-up
  • Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
  • Editorial credit must be agreed upon prior to use
  • Full refund issued upon safe return, otherwise may be withheld
