Hand-poured into an organically shaped ceramic pot, this elegant candle combines artisan craftsmanship with natural inspiration. Its soft cloud-coloured glaze and smooth, tactile form make it a beautiful addition to any room. Once the candle has finished burning, the pot can be repurposed as a planter, trinket holder, or decorative accent—bringing both sustainability and style to your home.

Care Instructions

Trim wick to 5mm before lighting. Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts. Limit each burn to 3–4 hours. Once the candle is finished, gently clean the pot for reuse.

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?

  • Full payment required at pick-up
