The Braided Zip Wallet combines elegant design with practicality. Crafted from washed braided leather, it features external braid detailing for a unique touch. With ample space for cards, notes, and coins, this wallet is the perfect blend of style and function.

Care Instructions

  • Due to the natural production process, slight variations in size and colour may occur.
  • Protect your wallet with a water-based protective spray or cream made for aniline leather.
  • Avoid oil-based products to prevent darkening or discoloration.
  • Keep your wallet away from direct sunlight to avoid fading and drying.

Note

The wallet is available in three signature colours. Due to our sustainable production practices using vegetable, chrome-free dyes and tumble washing, each piece has a softened texture and an aged appearance. Minor imperfections may occur, making each wallet unique. We are phasing out our logo, so some wallets may come with or without it.

Designed in Australia and manufactured in India, this wallet adheres to the highest environmental production standards.

Returns & Exchanges

1. When can I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

3. Are there items I can’t return?

Yes, the following are not returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
  • Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)
  • Undergarments, jewelry, watches (unless faulty)
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?

Yes, with conditions:

  • Full payment required at pick-up
  • Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
  • Editorial credit must be agreed upon prior to use
