How to Light Your Candles
- Pour at least three inches of Pristine Oil® into your vase
- Gently place your Gold Everlasting Candlesticks into the vase
- Allow to soak for 30 minutes, light, and enjoy the warm, radiant glow!

International Shipping & Delivery

- Please provide the item(s) you are interested in, along with your location and postcode, so we can calculate an accurate freight quote.
- Payment for international orders is securely processed via PayPal or bank transfer.

- Returns & Credit Notes: Items may be returned within 14 days if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and receipt.
- Credit notes are valid for 3 years and can be redeemed via our Moss Vale store. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Refunds: Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos via email.
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind.
