BRONZE MEMBERSHIP
Bronze membership is immediate upon joining: simply sign-up to our email list and your membership will be activated.
SILVER MEMBERSHIP
As a Silver member, you enjoy all the original member benefits as well as 10% off future purchases.
When you spend $10,000 you will be eligible for our Silver membership.
Please note, Silver Member benefits also include the Bronze membership benefits listed above.

GOLD MEMBERSHIP
As a Gold member, you enjoy all the original member benefits as well as 12% off future purchases and bonus special offers.
When you spend $20,000 you will be eligible for our Gold membership.
Please note, Gold Member benefits also include the Bronze membership benefits listed above.

PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP
As a Platinum Member, you will enjoy all the existing benefits of our member-only offers, exclusive Platinum offers, as well as an additional 15% off future purchases.

- Members benefits are non transferrable and are given to the registered S.A.H Member only.
- Members must be 'Opted in' to our email list subscription in order to receive emails, offers and invitations.
We may update member benefits from time to time. Any changes will be communicated by updating this section of our website. Continued participation in the program after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Flexible purchase options for designers and their customers

Please note: Trade applications are reviewed by management and cannot be approved same day by store staff. You will receive confirmation once your profile has been approved and added to our system.
Flexible Purchase Options
We understand designers juggle multiple projects and clients, so we offer two purchase pathways:
1. Designer-Purchased Orders
• Designer places and pays for the order under their SAH Trade Account
• 10% Trade Discount applied
• All warranties, returns, and post-sale service handled through the designer
• Purchase contributes to the designer’s trade account history
2. Customer-Purchased Orders (Authorised by Designer)
• Designer must be approved and registered with SAH
• Designer submits a Customer Purchase Authorisation confirming they are working with the customer
• 10% Trade Discount applied at checkout
• Customer is the legal purchaser and handles all post-sale service directly with SAH
• Purchase contributes to the customer’s VIP spend, not the designer’s account
Important Terms & Conditions
• The Trade Discount is not transferable unless formally authorised by the designer and pre-approved by SAH
• Designer accounts are not eligible for SAH VIP programme benefits
• Customers are not automatically eligible for the Designer Discount — it must be authorised and linked to a registered trade designer
• Purchases under a customer’s name contribute to their VIP tier, not the designer’s trade account
• Product issues (e.g. faults, warranty claims, returns) will be handled through the purchasing party — either the designer or customer
• SAH’s legal and transactional relationship is with the purchasing party
• No retrospective discounts will be applied to prior purchases
• By participating, designers agree to comply with all Suzie Anderson Home store policies, available at: www.suzieandersonhome.com
Product Exclusions
The Trade Discount does not apply to:
• Fashion & fashion accessories
• Perfume
• Consignment items (unless approved by the consignee)
• Antiques (unless approved by SAH Management)

Stylist SAH Stock Loan Terms & Conditions
Protocol for Borrowing Stock from Suzie Anderson Home for Editorial and Styling Jobs
To ensure a smooth and professional process, we kindly ask that all stylists adhere to the following guidelines when borrowing stock from Suzie Anderson Home:
1. Payment at Pickup:
All stock must be paid for in full at the time of collection. This ensures accountability and facilitates an efficient process.
2. Condition and Packaging:
Stock must be returned in its original condition, with all labels intact and in its original packaging. Items should be in perfect order, free from any damage or signs of use.
3. Editorial Credit:
Stylist must confirm and provide details regarding how the loaned products will be used (eg photoshoots, editorial)
Suzie Anderson Home must receive written acknowledgment of editorial credit before the loaned products are used. This credit must be included wherever the products are featured.
This acknowledgment is essential for supporting our collaboration.
4. Return Timeframe
All stock must be returned within 7 days of pickup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Refund Policy:
Upon return, if all stock is verified to be in perfect condition, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If the stock is returned damaged, with missing labels, or outside the agreed timeframe, Suzie Anderson Home reserves the right to withhold the refund partially or in full.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these protocols. By maintaining these standards, we ensure the longevity of our stock and a positive working relationship with our valued stylists.
