RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Suzie Anderson Home P/L accepts return of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged or has manufactures defects, within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and where the manufacturers tags are still attached.
Customers are to return the item in its original condition and packaging at their own postage/courier expense.
A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 3 years from the date of issue. As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using your credit.
Suzie Anderson Home P/L will not accept the return of the following items:
Undergarments or custom ordered except for items that have manufacturers defects.
Damages & Defects
Should your online order arrived damaged or be defective, Suzie Anderson Home must be notified via email within 48 hours of taking delivery of the order. Email a full description with photos to email@example.com.
If goods are returned damaged or faulty due to manufacturers defects, Suzie Anderson Home P/L wherever possible will endeavour to repair or replace the goods to the customers satisfaction.
Should Suzie Anderson Home P/L not be able to repair or replace the goods, a full refund of the purchase price will be offered to the customer.
