RETURNS  & REFUNDS POLICY

Return of Damaged or Defective items

  • Should your online order arrive damaged or be defective, Suzie Anderson Home must be notified via email within 48 hours of taking delivery of the order. A full description with photos and copy of the original receipt is required for all refund, exchange and warranty claims: enquiry@suzieandersonhome.com. 
  • Products that are faulty may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase. 

Other Returns

  • Suzie Anderson Home P/L accepts return of merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged or has a manufacturing defect. 
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and the manufacturers tag attached. 
  • Customers are to return the item in it's original condition. Suzie Anderson Home does not cover postage/courier expenses.
  • A credit note for the same value will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • As credit notes cannot be used to purchase online, the customer must contact the Moss Vale Store on 02 4868 2662 to make purchases using your credit.

Non-refundable Items

  • Undergarments – jewellery – watches – custom ordered or sale/discounted items with the exception of items that have manufacturing defects.

Warranty Items

  • If goods are returned damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects, Suzie Anderson Home P/L will endeavour to repair or replace the goods to the customers satisfaction within 14 days.
  • Should Suzie Anderson Home P/L not be able to repair or replace the goods, a full refund of the purchase price will be offered to the customer.
