1. When can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, undamaged products with tags attached and proof of purchase.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Items that qualify for a return are issued as credit notes (valid for 3 years). To use your credit note, please contact our Moss Vale store at (02) 4868 2662.

2. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and descriptions. We’ll endeavour to repair or replace the item. If that’s not possible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

3. Are there items I can’t return?
Yes, the following are not returnable:
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty and not disclosed)
- Antique, vintage, or handmade items (natural variations are part of their character)
- Undergarments, jewelry, watches (unless faulty)
- Custom-made or made-to-order items

4. Do you allow editorial/styling loans?
Yes, with conditions:
- Full payment required at pick-up
- Item must be returned in original condition within 7 days
- Editorial credit must be agreed upon prior to use
- Full refund issued upon safe return, otherwise may be withheld
